Important Dates:
Submission of draft paper or extended abstract for review (not more than 7 pages): March 23, 2010.
Notification of acceptance: April 12, 2010.
Camera ready paper, copyright and pre-registration due: April 26, 2010.
Conference dates: July 12-14, 2010.
Note: If you already submitted your draft paper then you will receive the acceptance notification within 4 weeks from the date of your submission. If you are already notified that your paper is accepted then you should follow the dates and instructions provided in your acceptance letter only.
Registration Fee Information:
The registration fee is US$ 425 if the author presenting the paper
is not a full-time student. It is US$ 275 if the author presenting
the paper is a full-time student. Full-time students need to submit
the student status form while picking up the registration material
on site in Orlando, during the conference time.
If an author (either a full-time
student or not) has more than one accepted paper then he/she should
pay an additional registration fee of US$ 225 for each additional
paper.
Note: If a paper
has more than one author, only one author (who is attending the
conference to present the paper) needs to pay the conference registration
fee (the paper won't be included in the conference proceedings
if at least one author didn't register before the pre-registration
deadline). Other (co)authors of the same paper should separately
register and pay the registration fee, if and only if they also
plan to attend the conference (if other (co)authors of that paper
do not wish to attend the conference, they NEED NOT PAY any registration
fee).
Attendance and Publication:
Some authors of the accepted papers are asking the conference organizers if his/her paper will be published in the conference proceedings if the registered author (i.e., the author who registered for the conference) is not attending the conference due to reasons beyond his/her control (such as VISA denial, funds unavailability, sickness, etc.). Please see the response below: The accepted paper will be published in the proceedings, provided the conference organizers receive the final paper, copyright and registration fee before the deadline indicated in the acceptance letter. In addition, the conference organizers will provide the proceedings of the conference to the registered author (for free of cost to that author) soon after the conference is over (i.e., sometime in July 2010). If you registered for the conference and cannot attend, you need to email to contact(at)promoteresearch.org stating that you cannot attend. Please provide your name and paper number in that email.
