The conference venue is Imperial Swan Hotel & Suites located at 7050 South Kirkman Road Orlando, FL, 32819-8284, USA.
Accommodation in the above hotel: The hotel charges AROUND USA$48 + tax or AROUND USA$52+ tax, per day per room towards rent, for people attending the event. You need to pay the room rent (the rent is NOT part of the conference registration fee). If you want to reserve a room, you may do it either online or by phone (please note that online is the MOST PREFERABLE mode, as there is a limited number of staff available to help you over the phone).
Online: Click on http://www.imperialswanorlando.com , then click on "Reserve Your Stay!" , then click on "Group Reservations". Now it will ask for a password. Please enter "ISRST2" (without quotes) and click on "submit". Then you will see a welcome message "Welcome ISRST Artificial Intelligence Conference". Then fill-up the details and then click on the "check availability" button. Then select the type of room you prefer and pay the rent.
Phone: Call the hotel and inform them that you want to reserve a room and then inform them the group code "ISRST2" and proceed.
If you have problems, contact the hotel people (NOT the conference organizers) by phone or email.
In case you wish to stay in a different hotel, you may check yahoo, etc., websites for information on several other hotels.
