The accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, which has an ISBN number. The proceedings will be made available during the conference. Revised versions of several accepted papers will be published in a book published by "Springer" (Germany). Selected best papers will be published as book chapters in "International Journal of Intelligent Computing and Cybernetics". Revised versions of some selected papers will also be considered for publication with several other journals as well. More details will be announced later on.
