We welcome draft paper submissions.

Instructions for draft paper submission:
Please send an email to contact(at)promoteresearch.org. The email should contain the paper, as an attachment, in either MS-WORD, or PDF or PS format (please see the instructions provided in the next paragraph on how to format the paper). In addition, the body of the email should contain the (completed) paper/author information.

Authors should use the style files provided by IEEE. The draft paper should not be more than 7-8 pages. Do not include authors' names or affiliations in the draft paper. Just leave a blank in that place (the author details need to be included in the final paper).

The subject of the email SHOULD be: EISWT-07 draft paper submission.

Each paper will be sent to two experts for review.

Note: Do not submit a paper if it is already published or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
